EXPERIENCE

Ms. Reichenberg represents a wide variety of clients that have included everything from local to international businesses, business owners and professionals, commercial and residential real estate brokers and agents, homeowners, developers, contractors and others. Ms. Reichenberg enjoys helping her clients execute pragmatic legal solutions to enable them to focus on their future success.

During her time with Gunderson Law Firm, Ms. Reichenberg has counseled numerous business owners and individuals regarding their non-litigation legal and business options. In addition, Ms. Reichenberg enjoys regularly appearing in both state and federal court throughout the Western United States. Ms. Reichenberg’s trial experience includes trying multiple jury and non-jury commercial litigation matters as lead counsel and acting as co-counsel in numerous trials and commercial arbitrations.

Prior to joining Gunderson Law Firm, Ms. Reichenberg clerked for the California Assembly Judiciary Committee, the law firm of Diepenbrock Harrison in Sacramento, California, the law firm of Lafili, Van Crombrugge & Partners in Brussels, Belgium, and worked as a law clerk to U.S. Senator Harry Reid in Washington, D.C.

PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Ms. Reichenberg currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation.

Ms. Reichenberg was selected as a Nevada National Litigation Lead for the 2012 Presidential Election and served as a member of the Nevada State Bar Association’s Clients’ Security Fund Committee from 2012-2014. Further, Ms. Reichenberg served as the 2011 President for Northern Nevada Women Lawyers, and is the founder and past President of the Northern Nevada University of Oregon Alumni Association.

Ms. Reichenberg is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nevada Bar Association, the Washoe County Bar Association and the Prospector’s Club.
